Submitting an audit

Due audits can be found on the Audits tab in the Principal Portal. Audits are created on the last day of each month, and should be submitted within 7 days thereafter. It is mandatory that you submit these every month as they become available.

To submit an audit, click the Submit Now button on the audit you wish to submit.

On the popup, you will be able to upload multiple files, and add a description for each file. You should use this to submit proof of an open trust account and balancing thereof as well as a trial balance of the company's business account.

You can also add an optional note to the submission, should there be anything you'd like us to know.

After the audit has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our team to ensure that the figures submitted align with your account. We will also look for any irregularities and let you know if any issues arise.
