How to pay your invoices via Mobicred

Before you can pay via Mobicred, you need to apply for an account by visiting this link. The form takes about 10 minutes to fill in and the credit application takes up to 2 business days to process.

What is Mobicred



Mobicred is a simple and convenient online revolving credit facility with repayments over 12 months.

How does it work?



You complete an online application form.

Your credit application is processed by Mobicred.

Once approved, you can pay your invoices using the Mobicred payment option when checking out via PayFast.


Requirements:



South African ID number

18 years of age

A minimum monthly salary of R5500

A bank account in your own name


Please note:

The credit application can take up to 2 business days to process.

The interest rate on your account is an annual variable rate linked to the Repo Rate and will change in accordance with changes made by the South African Reserve Bank.

Approval is subject to Mobicred’s credit risk & affordability criteria, and in accordance with the National Credit Act responsible lending principles.

The credit facility incurs a once-off initiation fee & a monthly service fee.

Pay your invoice



Once you have an active account with Mobicred, you can pay your invoices using the Mobicred payment option when checking out via PayFast.

Checkout via Mobicred



Click the PayFast checkout link in your invoice email, or click here to log in, visit the invoices tab and select an invoice to pay.

Optionally, login to your account if you are not already logged in.

Make sure your payment method is set to PayFast.

Click the Pay Now button, this will take you to PayFast checkout.

On the PayFast checkout page, select Mobicred as your payment method.

Sign into your Mobicred account and follow the steps on screen to checkout via Mobicred.

Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your invoice payment.
